• Access: You are responsible for ensuring that the pick-up and delivery locations are accessible. This includes providing any necessary instructions for movers to access your property.
• Prohibited Items: We do not move hazardous or illegal materials. You agree not to pack any items that may pose a risk to the safety of our movers or others, including perishable goods, explosives, firearms, or dangerous chemicals.

4. Pricing and Payment
